Kittens will not be held without a $300 deposit. Deposit is applied against adoption price.
All deposits are non-refundable.
Kittens are placed/sold with our sole discretion. We have the right of refusal for the sale of any cat/kitten, at anytime, without explanation prior to delivery. If a deposit has been paid, it will be immediately refunded and the contract cancelled without further obligation to the buyer.
Gagne RagaMuffins always has first pick of kittens. I may choose to hold back 1, 2, 3 or more kittens from any given litter. Breeders are always given first priority.
Pet kittens are selected at 8 - 10 weeks of age. They are selected in order of deposit.
All cats/kittens will be registered with CFA or ACFA.
All kittens will be sold with a contract. Please ask for a copy of the contract to review.
All show kittens/cats will be co-owned with Gagne RagaMuffins.
All pet cat/kittens must be spayed/neutered.

QUALITY DESCRIPTIONS:
Pet Quality:
Pet Quality means that the kitten lacks many features that a Show Quality kitten should have. This kitten is still equally loved and
would be a good pet for someone who is looking for a loving companion and does not need/want a kitten that is flawless in type. Pet Quality kittens have the hallmark RagaMuffin personality and will be very good with children and other animals.
ALL PET QUALITY KITTENS MUST BE SPAYED OR NEUTERED. This is for the kittens safety to make sure they are not being used for purposes other than companionship (backyard breeding programs, etc.). Registration is withheld until proof of spay/neuter is provided to Gagne RagaMuffins by the buyer.
Show Quality:
Show Quality are kittens that exemplify the CFA standard. To the best of our knowledge this kitten is an exceptional example of the RagaMuffin breed fit to be in the show ring. Show Quality kittens will at least achieve Champion status in CFA. We can never guarantee that a kitten will achieve Grand Champion status, because it depends on the region, judges and who the kitten/cat is competing with. Select cats and kittens may be placed as Premiers or with breeding rights. Show Quality kittens will only be placed in homes that intend to show them. If you are interested in showing a cat or kitten, feel free to ask us about it.
